Your Site Should be Open

I'm not saying your site should be open to attacks or anything, but what 
I do want is for you to have a directory of files. This could be rants 
and thoguths that you have, that others have, or well just about anything.
The idea is that you would connect to "open.domain.com" and be presented 
with a directory listing of materials.

The idea is because information should be free (both in freedom and beer),
having a "open." on websites will allow for that exchange to happen. 
Plus, all it takes is the setup and server space, which isn't very hard 
anymore.
